These terms govern the use of this website and any booking made through it. By completing a purchase you accept them.
Nature of the service
SagradaTickets is an independent booking agency and is not affiliated with the Basílica de la Sagrada Família. We act as an intermediary between you and the ticket supplier. Prices include our service and may differ from official box-office prices.
Tickets and validity
All tickets are valid only for the date and time slot shown on them. Reduced fares require proof of age or status at the entrance; without it, entry may be refused and no refund is due.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by an external payment provider. A booking is only confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with a QR code.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the selected visit time. After that, tickets are non-refundable. If the basilica closes the towers for weather, the tower supplement is refunded.
Liability
We are not responsible for closures, schedule changes or restrictions imposed by the basilica or the authorities, nor for missed visits caused by late arrival. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
