Data we collect
When you book, we collect the name, email address, phone number and billing address you enter in the checkout form, together with your order details. When you browse, our analytics and advertising tags collect standard technical data such as IP address, device type, referring page and pages viewed.
Why we use it
Booking data is used to issue and support your ticket and to meet accounting obligations. Technical data is used to keep the site working, measure traffic and measure advertising performance.
Payments
Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the payment result and an order reference.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment provider, the ticketing supplier that fulfils your booking, and analytics and advertising services such as Google. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as required by Spanish tax and consumer law. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard retention window.
