Travel information decays quickly. This page describes the steps we take before publishing a fact about opening hours, prices or access rules, and what we do when something changes.
Primary sources first
Opening hours, ticket categories and access rules are taken from the operator's own published information, then cross-checked against a second independent source before publication.
On-site verification
Practical details — which exit to use, where the queue forms, how long the descent takes — come from our own visits, not from other websites.
Two-person review
Every page is reviewed by a second team member for accuracy and clarity before it is published, and time-sensitive pages are re-checked on a recurring schedule.
What we do not claim
We do not publish figures we cannot verify, we do not present estimates as official prices, and we mark anything seasonal or subject to change as such.
Reporting an error
Email [email protected] with the page and the detail you believe is wrong. Verified corrections are applied and the page's last-updated date is changed.
